The complete remodel has finally wrapped up at Wilcox Fresh. This will allow us to produce a better quality product at a faster throughput. Some of the new equipment installed includes new sizers and graders that will be gentler on the spuds. The majority of production equipment is raised up about 25 feet to allow for a gravity fed system. This requires less power and reduces our carbon footprint. The entire warehouse is now being integrated in to our information systems and will allow more accurate production management and real-time information for our sales team. If you are in the Rexburg area, feel free to schedule a tour of the upgraded facility.
