Chop Easy Creation Sriracha Russet Potatoes into cubes
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water
Boil the potatoes until tender
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and top with 4 slices of bacon
Bake bacon for 20 minutes or until crispy
