Melt butter in pan.
Add garlic and saute until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Whisk in the milk and bring to a boil until it begins to thicken.
Stir in Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Seasoning Packet.
Reduce heat to LOW.
Lightly grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
Slice potatoes into thin rounds either by hand or with a mandolin.
Arrange a layer of potato slices into the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour half of the garlic cream sauce over the potatoes.
Sprinkle 1 C of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove foil and cook for another 30 minutes.
