EC Potato Puffs

Ingredients:

•  3 eggs, beaten
• 1 C cheddar cheese
• ¼ C bacon bits
• ¼ C chives, chopped

Directions:

Boil and mash Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Russet Potatoes.

Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chives

Grease a muffin pan and fill each tin with mashed potato mixture

Sprinkle Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Seasoning Packet over each muffin

Bake for 30-35 minutes
