Fry the bacon in a frying pan. Once cooked, set aside on a paper towel
Cube the Easy Creations Sriracha Russet Potatoes and mix with Easy Creations Sriracha Seasoning Packet, ½ t paprika, ½ t oregano, 1 t salt, and ½ t pepper
Once all of the bacon is cooked and set aside, fry the potatoes in the leftover bacon grease
Cut onions and add them to the frying pan, and cook until onions and potatoes are tender
Remove potato/onion mixture from pan
Scramble the eggs
